Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant helps keep Ignite Change’s day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. This hands-on role supports office administration, procurement, meetings and events, asset and inventory management, fleet records, filing, and other operational needs. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to take initiative and support a busy, growing team.

Project Officer
The Project Officer leads the day-to-day implementation of Ignite Change’s Rise Above Poverty (RAP) program, working closely with staff, Community Coaches, and participants to ensure activities are delivered effectively and achieve meaningful results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems, working directly with communities, and using data and experience to continuously strengthen programs and create lasting impact.

Field Facilitator
The Field Facilitator works directly with Community Coaches and participants to ensure the Rise Above Poverty (RAP) program is delivered effectively in the community. This field-based role involves supporting and supervising Community Coaches, monitoring group activities, conducting home visits, collecting and verifying program data, and helping participants stay engaged and make progress toward their goals.

Development Assistant
The Development Assistant supports Ignite Change’s communications, fundraising, and monitoring and evaluation activities. The role includes creating content, collecting impact stories, supporting donor engagement, and helping manage program data and reporting.
